Earth, the first film from the newly formed Disneynature label, is a lauded documentary film chronicling the wonders of nature.  The filmmakers spent a year in the life of a family of polar bears, elephants and humpback whales using astounding photography to bring their narrative to the screen.  Narrated by James Earl Jones, the film was released on Earth Day 2009. 

Earth was directed by Alastair Fothergill and Mark Linfield, and executive produced by Don Hahn.
