Tummy Trouble was the first of three animated Roger Rabbit shorts, produced after the 1988 film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit.  It was attached to the feature Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. Rob Minkoff, who would go on to direct The Lion King and Stuart Little, directed this short, and Frank Marshall directed the elaborate live action ending to the film.  Don Hahn produced the short.
